Came across Family Turf through the Costco program. They were very quick to respond and came out to view the job. We received an estimate the next day and decided to go ahead. Their crew showed up on schedule to do the job and did a fantastic job. A week or so later after turning our sprinklers back on we noticed a leak under the grass. I sent them a video of the leak and a young man from Family Turf came out right away. He arrived during the recent rain storms and in spite of the weather worked to repair the issue until is was complete. The young mans name was Angel Ochoa, a credit to Family Turf. I would highly recommend Family Turf if you are looking to install artificial grass.

Great overall experience. Tyler did an excellent job of listening to my vision and concerns, then explaining my options in that context. The installation team arrived as scheduled and, despite a 3-day completion estimate, they completed the job in about 7 hours on the first day. (Although your mileage may vary, based upon the canvas they start with!)

The results look great, nice job cutting in around and between the various features of the yard. And compliments from a number of neighbors just walking by. Oh, and the was pretty reasonable, as well, even before the Costco rebates!

Needed another turf job completed for a rental property. Contacted Richard again to see if he could provide a quote on short notice and schedule for an expedited completion date. Family Turf installed 850 sq ft of turf on my wood deck, it's much more economical than refinishing the deck between the cost and the warranty. Besides isn't it beautiful?
